- Created strategic marketing plan to be implemented in Business plan for founding of company and raising capital going forward.
- Developed specific pipelines of business that included targeting P&I clients on a US and International basis for the services of SCR and Salvage Consultant.
- Marketed Ship Owners/Ship Managers directly for use of salvage consultant to assist in assessments, training, casualty response and development of independent salvage teams.
